The other thing I DO NOT do: is provide a specific meal plan telling you exactly what to eat every day. Why? If I make meal plans, often these are full of foods I enjoy vs. the client. And that is NOT helpful. I would rather make general macronutrient recommendations, and help the client problem solve meal planning themselves. Also, I am not your mom.
